01

Automated Setup

Connect your domains and let our system handle the DNS heavy lifting. Zero complex CLI work required.

02

Reputation Guard

Benefit from our pre-warmed IP clusters and real-time blocklist monitoring from second one.

03

Infinite Scalability

Move from 1 email to 10 million without changing a single line of your integration.

One campaign.
Every mailbox you own.

Volume rotates across all connected accounts in sequence, so no single mailbox ever carries enough to look like a bulk send.

Round-robin sending

Own your Inbox.

Connect the mailboxes you already own, authenticate your domains, and send your first campaign today.

The Approach

Most email tools fail for a reason nobody tells you.

When you send five thousand emails from one mailbox in an afternoon, you are not doing email marketing — you are doing the single most recognisable thing a spam filter is built to detect. Volume from one address, in one burst, with identical content, is the pattern. It does not matter how good the copy is.

Conventional platforms answer this by sending everything from a shared pool of their own IPs, which means your reputation is averaged with every other customer on the platform, including the careless ones. Email.biz.pk takes the opposite approach: you connect mailboxes you already own — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any SMTP host — and we distribute a campaign across all of them in rotation.

25–45s

Randomised delay between messages, so cadence looks human rather than scripted.

80–144

Emails per hour per connected account — comfortably under provider thresholds.

60 min

Automatic cool-down when a provider returns a 421 or 429 rate-limit error.

What actually determines whether you reach the inbox

Inbox placement is decided by the receiving mailbox provider, not by your sending platform. Nobody can promise it. What a platform can do is remove every technical reason for you to be filtered, and there are only a handful of them:

  • Authentication. SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that actually validate. The platform scans your DNS and tells you which are missing before you send, rather than after a campaign fails.
  • Volume per sender. Each mailbox stays under the thresholds Gmail and Microsoft enforce, because volume is spread across the accounts you have connected.
  • Timing. Messages leave with a randomised gap between them instead of as an instant burst.
  • List quality. CSV uploads are validated for malformed addresses and duplicates, with MX lookups confirming the receiving domain can accept mail at all.
  • Complaint handling. One-click unsubscribe on every send, per RFC 8058, which Gmail and Yahoo now require from bulk senders. Opt-outs and hard bounces enter a suppression list and are never contacted again.

None of this is exotic. It is the unglamorous operational work that decides whether a campaign lands, and it is the part most tools leave to you.

Common Questions

What people ask before switching.

Straight answers about deliverability, provider support and how sending actually works.

What is Email.biz.pk?

Email.biz.pk is bulk email marketing software for teams that need their campaigns to reach the inbox. Instead of sending an entire campaign from one mailbox, it distributes the volume across all of your connected sending accounts and domains in rotation, which keeps each individual account well below the volume thresholds that trigger spam filtering.

How is this different from Mailchimp or SendGrid?

Traditional platforms send your campaign from a single shared pool of infrastructure. Email.biz.pk relays through mailboxes you own and control — Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any custom SMTP host — and rotates between them. That means your sender reputation is built on your own domains rather than shared with every other customer on the platform.

Will my emails land in the inbox?

No platform can promise inbox placement, because that decision belongs to the receiving mailbox provider. What we do is remove the technical causes of spam placement: authenticated domains with valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, sending volumes kept under provider thresholds, randomised send timing rather than machine-gun bursts, automatic cool-down when a provider signals rate limiting, and immediate suppression of bounces and unsubscribes.

Which email providers can I connect?

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and any custom SMTP server. Connections use STARTTLS on port 587, and credentials are stored in an AES-256 encrypted vault.

How many emails can I send per hour?

Each connected account sends at roughly 80 to 144 emails per hour, because a random 25 to 45 second delay is applied between messages to mimic natural sending patterns. Your total throughput scales with the number of accounts you connect — ten accounts gives you roughly 800 to 1,440 emails per hour.

Do you handle unsubscribes and bounces automatically?

Yes. Every campaign includes an RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe header, which Gmail and Yahoo now require from bulk senders. Unsubscribes and hard bounces are added to a suppression list stored as SHA-256 hashes, and are excluded from every future campaign automatically.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. Sending from domains you own and have authenticated is what makes deliverability durable. The platform includes an SPF, DKIM and DMARC health scanner that checks your DNS records and tells you exactly what is missing before you send.
